We deliver nationwide across Nigeria. Orders are typically fulfilled from about 24 hours, subject to stock availability and destination. Delivery charges depend on location · please contact us for an accurate quote. Showroom pickup is available at our New Owerri location (Imo State).
Returns & replacements
Replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis:
- If goods are damaged while in transit under Sky Furniture's delivery arrangement, we will arrange a suitable replacement.
- If damage occurs while goods are transported by the customer (or a carrier engaged by the customer), replacement is not available.
- Replacement is currently considered for sofas and bed frames / bed stands only, depending on the nature of the issue and agreement with management.
- Return or replacement transport costs are borne by the party responsible for the damage.
